California Man Arrested For Planting Tiny Spy Camera In Ladies Bathroom At Starbucks

 
Looks like William likes a little cream with his coffee.  My question is, how many times was this sicko seen entering and leaving the women's bathroom before somebody figured out something strange was goin' on here?  It took two days?  With all the caffeine flowing at Starbucks I figured people would be a little more alert.  Hey, lock him up and throw away the key as far as I'm concerned, but how 'bout that camera?  I think I want one.  I just can't figure out any use for it that won't land me in jail.  Now that I think about it, I guess that was William's problem too.
