| David Arquette out of Rehab: "Ready to move forward" Posted: 30 Jan 2011 06:17 PM PST  Actor David Arquette checked himself out of rehab as of Sunday (January 30) after finishing his treatment for "alcohol and other issues."
Arquette decided to get help as he continues to face issues over his separation from actress/wife Courteney Cox. The couple announced their "trial separation" last October 2010 after eleven years of marriage. [Photo courtesy by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images]
