But on the fourth installment of the hugely-successful movie franchise, director Gore Verbinski who directed the first three entries, has left the project to do the big screen adaptation of the video game BioShock, but was later replaced by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. And taking on board the fantasy adventure film is Rob Marshall, who is best-known for making musicals like Victor/Victoria, Cinderella, Annie, Nine, and Chicago, in which he picked an Oscar for Best Director in 2003.
