| Chris Brown Debuts New Blonde Hair Posted: 27 Feb 2011 04:54 PM PST  With the upcoming release of his album, Chris Brown wants some hair makeover --- He is now Blonde! Chris tweeted, "The beauty is inside you!!! Don't let em bring you down!!!!! Beautiful people!" and then later added a photo of him and says, "look at me now"! His upcoming new album "F.A.M.E." will be out on March 22. Nothing special with the new do' -- it just simply created a minute of buzz. Meanwhile, Chris Brown's restraining order against him was modified. The new level one order will now permit Brown to be near his ex Rihanna. [Photo courtesy by Twitter]
